This is new landscape job that started with a design consultation. Now, we see a completed job. Consultation of this project included a soil test, drainage and slope (to aide in a high water table, we installed underground downspout drains to a french drain in the back yard), seed selection via hydroseed, irrigation system to shrub beds and turf areas and plant selection. Many other things came into play such as aluminum edging, sidewalks from front of home to access deck,a small brick paver entrance in front that accented poured cement.
